Leonardo Melos joined Bergstein Abogados in 2005 and is in charge of the firm’s complex litigation, arbitration and antitrust practice. Leonardo was appointed a judge by the Supreme Court of Justice and

served between 2006 and 2007 – following which, he rejoined Bergstein to continue his practice in litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on antitrust investigations and the telecommunications, construction and credit card markets. Leonardo has represented corporate clients and individuals in a wide range of commercial disputes and negotiations. As the leading partner in the dispute resolution team, he regularly advises corporate clients on the negotiation and review of loan agreements and shareholder agreements, with a particular focus on dispute resolution clauses.
