Craig A.B. Ferris KC is an FCIArb and partner at Lawson Lundell LLP. His particular areas of focus include shareholder remedies, trust, pension and fiduciary disputes, securities and transactional litigation, product

Scott Lucyk is an FCIArb and partner at Lawson Lundell LLP. His focus is on complex international and domestic disputes, having advised clients across a variety of industries, including energy, mining,

manufacturing, private equity, finance, gaming, pension and technology sectors. Scott also has experience working on matters involving anti-money laundering, cross-border litigation, shareholder, regulatory disputes, cryptocurrency, and the enforcement of foreign awards in Canada. He has appeared in the courts of British Columbia and Ontario and has represented clients in international and domestic arbitrations seated in Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and the United Kingdom, as well as arbitration related court matters.
