TIONG Teck Wee is a partner in the Commercial & Corporate Disputes and International Arbitration practices at WongPartnership. Teck Wee’s practice is in complex, high-value, cross-border commercial and
corporate disputes across a range of industries including contract, shareholders’ and JV disputes, company fraud and mismanagement and minority oppression claims, and M&A, private equity, commodities trading, energy, and property and infrastructure disputes.
