Authors

Jin Yeong Chung leads Kim & Chang’s international arbitration and cross-border litigation practice and insolvency and restructuring practice. He has successfully represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in high-profile dispute cases and has published several articles in the areas of litigation and corporate restructuring.

Seung Hyeon Lee is an attorney specialising in corporate litigation, white collar defence, banking, and securities and finance litigation. Prior to joining Kim & Chang in 2023, she worked as a law clerk for three years

at the Seoul High Court, where she assisted judges with research and drafting decisions in corporate and finance litigation.

Inhak Lee is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. He is a member of the litigation practice group, and

specialises in cross-border disputes, among others. Before joining Kim & Chang in 2007, he worked as a litigator for seven years in the USA, focusing on product liability and healthcare litigation in particular. He is also a member of the automotive practice group and advises foreign vehicle manufacturers on various regulatory issues.
