He has argued before state appellate courts in Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas, and the US Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits. David is a member of the Bar in Oklahoma, Texas, and the District of Columbia.

Austin Dodd is a litigation associate at Hartzog Conger Cason, having joined the firm in 2025. Austin represents clients in civil disputes across a range of practice areas. His practice includes all phases of litigation in state and federal courts.
Erin O’Roke Oakley is a partner in the litigation group at Hartzog Conger Cason and a former federal law clerk. Erin has a diverse civil litigation and appellate practice, including False Claims Act litigation, business torts,
antitrust, and other complex commercial disputes. She has handled cases before numerous state and federal courts, including the Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
