Vartabedian Hester & Haynes LLP is a Dallas-Fort Worth-based boutique firm that represents clients in complex, high-stakes matters. VHH is consistently recognised as a go-to firm both in Texas and nation- ally in its five core practice areas. The commercial litigators handle a wide variety of business disputes including claims regarding insurance and indemnity, fraud, contractual and fiduciary breaches, trade se- crets and restrictive covenant issues. VHH’s bank- ruptcy and corporate restructuring attorneys handle matters ranging from simple workouts to complex

billion-dollar bankruptcies in DFW and Houston. The sophisticated management-side employment practice works with employers to develop compliant nationwide policies and agreements, conduct inves- tigations, and handle M&A due diligence and restruc- turings. VHH’s deep bench of oil and gas trial lawyers have handled – and won – many of the most promi- nent oil and gas cases of the last decade in both trial and appellate courts. And the firm’s highly respected white-collar group is led by a former United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas.
