Qingyou Wang is the founder of Anli Partners, as well as the vice chairman of All China Lawyers Association, a member of Beijing Municipal Legal Expert Board and a former vice chairman of the Beijing Lawyers
Association. Mr Wang is one of the most welcomed arbitrators in China. He acted as presiding arbitrator at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Centre, Shanghai International Arbitration Commission/ Shanghai International Arbitration Centre, Shanghai Arbitration Commission, and Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. Mr Wang is a representative of the 16th People’s Congress of Beijing. Yichen Lu is a partner at Anli Partners. He specialises in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. He has professional experience in handling equity investment disputes, trade disputes, bankruptcy-related disputes and construction disputes. He is an expert in designing “package” dispute resolutions for clients. Mr Lu has represented both domestic and foreign well-known companies in people’s courts of various jurisdictions, such as the Supreme People’s Court, as well as arbitration cases in China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) and Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC).
Yuhe Gu is a partner at Anli Partners. Her practice area is commercial and intellectual property dispute resolution. Ms Gu has represented many domestic and foreign well- known companies in the Supreme
People’s Court, Beijing High People’s Courts, intermediate People’s Courts of Beijing, people’s courts of all districts in Beijing, and people’s courts at all levels in Shanghai as well as arbitration cases before China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC).
