Damian Taylor is a partner in Slaughter and May’s disputes and investigations group, and co-heads the international arbitration practice. He advises on all contentious matters, drawing on his broad experience

Christy Conlon is an associate in Slaughter and May’s disputes and investigations group. Since qualifying in September 2023, he has advised

on a broad range of disputes and contentious issues, with particular experience in complex, cross-border class actions before the English courts. During his training contract, Christy undertook a secondment to British American Tobacco’s litigation team. Nathan Barrow is a newly qualified associate in Slaughter and May’s disputes and investigations group. During his time in the group, he has gained experience on a broad range of disputes and contentious issues, including disputes in banking and financial services, internal investigations and competition issues.

Damian has particular experience in competition law, group actions, contractual interpretation, insurance and commercial fraud. He acts for clients across a broad spectrum, including energy and financial institutions, governments and high-profile sports clubs. Damian sits on the committee of the London Solicitors Litigation Association.

Olga Ladrowska is a partner in Slaughter and May’s disputes and investigations group. She has experience in advising clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, with

particular expertise in competition litigation, banking litigation and class actions. Olga has represented clients in disputes before the High Court, Competition Appeal Tribunal, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Prior to joining Slaughter and May, Olga completed a PhD in Conflict of Laws at Cambridge University, where she also taught an LLM class in International Commercial Litigation.
