Marja Norrena is a partner and heads Lieke Attorneys’ dispute resolution team, focusing on litigation and arbitration. Marja typically works with large and demanding disputes pertaining to construction, commercial contracts, damages and shareholders’ agreements. She has more than 20 years of experience in litigation and arbitration in a variety of industries. Marja has also successfully represented clients in numerous domestic and international assignments where court proceedings or arbitration was avoided or where a dispute was settled. In addition, Marja serves as arbitrator and is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
Maija Ahtiainen is counsel at Lieke Attorneys and is a specialist in commercial dispute resolution and conflict management. She advises and represents clients in litigation, domestic and international arbitration,
mediation proceedings and conflict avoidance. Maija has more than a decade of experience in handling complex commercial disputes in various industries. She is particularly experienced in disputes related to construction, the energy sector, and various commercial and corporate contracts, such as relating to IT, supply, projects and insurance. She also has extensive experience in post-M&A disputes, disputes relating to shareholders’ and financing agreements, and disputes concerning various corporate, contractual and tort liability issues.
Valmari Keskimäki is an associate at Lieke Attorneys, specialised in commercial dispute resolution. Valmari assists clients in litigation, domestic and international arbitration, and conflict management during
ongoing projects. He is particularly experienced in disputes related to the energy and construction sectors as well as statutory share redemption proceedings.
