Thierry Marembert is the co-founder and managing partner of Kiejman & Marembert, and has expertise in white-collar criminal matters, corporate law and arts, and media and entertainment law. He defends
Céline Serpagli is a counsel at Kiejman & Marembert, whose practice focuses on IP law, entertainment law,
IT law and art law. She works for major motion picture producers involved in IP and entertainment disputes, and also handles general civil and commercial law cases. Céline holds an LLM degree in IP law from Golden Gate University Law School in San Francisco and a specialised advanced graduate degree in IT law from Paris XI. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007.

Cécile Labarbe is a partner at Kiejman & Marembert and handles business matters, with an emphasis on shareholder disputes, private equity, securities and financial litigation. She also handles civil and
criminal media law cases involving legal and natural persons (eg, writers, journalists and politicians) as well as intellectual property law. Cécile is a graduate of the ESSEC Business School and has studied business law at the University of Paris I. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009.
