Over the past decade, Niklas has also gained extensive expertise in defending clients in capital markets and other collective actions.

Tanja Pfitzner, who is admitted to the Frankfurt and New York Bars, acts for a broad range of clients, including large corporates, financial institutions, private equity houses and high net worth individuals. Fabian von Schlabrendorff has over 40 years of experience in international arbitration and serves as an of counsel with Pfitzner Legal. His experience includes acting as chairperson, co-arbitrator, sole
arbitrator and counsel in institutional, ad hoc and investor/state arbitrations, dealing with a wide range of subject matters – from joint ventures to banking, post-M&A, construction, energy and natural resources. For years, he headed the German and European litigation practice of Clifford Chance LLP. He is a member of the advisory board of the German Institution of Arbitration, the ICC Commission on Arbitration and the ICC German national committee.
