Mahareksha Singh Dillon is a partner at SSEK Law Firm and has a broad practice that sees him handle a range of corporate matters. He is an active member of the firm’s dispute resolution team, mostly handling commercial disputes, bankruptcy, debt restructuring and complex litigation matters, including police investigations and immigration matters. He has worked on commercial transactions in various sectors, including assisting clients with the establishment of data centres. Before joining SSEK, he worked at a boutique law firm in Jakarta, where he was involved in banking and general corporate transactions. He is also a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi).

Bagas Ananta is an associate at SSEK Law Firm. He specialises in litigation, with a focus on suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU), bankruptcy proceedings, and civil disputes. He has also gained valuable

experience assisting clients during investigations by the Indonesian police concerning alleged criminal violations. At SSEK, he has successfully represented a shipping company in a high-stakes tort-based class action lawsuit involving claims of damage caused by ship-to-ship coal transfers. Additionally, he recently assisted a Swiss investment bank in recovering substantial payments from various Indonesian entities and conglomerates related to debts from share repurchase agreements. He is also a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi).
