Simone Barnaba is a partner at Eversheds Sutherland and co-head of the firm’s Italian litigation, arbitration and insolvency department. He is recognised by the Chambers Global and Chambers Europe guides as a

Alessandra Lucchini is an associate at Eversheds Sutherland in the Italian litigation, arbitration and insolvency department. Alessandra has gained experience in handling disputes in civil, commercial, and corporate matters,
assisting Italian and foreign clients before ordinary courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings and ADR. Alessandra graduated in Law from the University of Milan. She was admitted to the Bar in 2023.
Valeria Daloiso is an associate at Eversheds Sutherland in the Italian litigation, arbitration and insolvency department. Valeria mainly deals with civil and corporate litigation. She has assisted and advised clients
