Clement Mifsud-Bonnici is a senior associate at Ganado Advocates. He assists clients in commercial and contentious matters, with a particular focus on issues relating to competition, state aid, public
public procurement and construction law, and regularly advises employers, engineers, and contractors on the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts. He is a senior lecturer in international commercial arbitration at the University of Malta, a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution in Paris, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), and a member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA). He was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2003.

Chiara Frendo is a senior associate within the litigation team at Ganado Advocates, with a particular focus on dispute resolution in the financial services industry. She regularly assists clients in contentious matters
relating to regulatory disputes and investor-related disputes. She also assists clients in litigious matters regarding trusts and foundations. She was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2014.
