She is recognised for her reform-oriented writing, with publications highlighting gaps in civil procedure and jurisprudence that influence the development of arbitration and the effective use of the recourse mechanism. Mădălina also serves as a trainer at the Attorneys’ Training Center, and has mentored winning teams in the National Competition of Legal Writing and Advocacy, organised by NCSC.

Vladislav Roșca is a partner at ERA and blends extensive transactional experience with a strong litigation background, especially in high-stakes corporate disputes. He has been involved in landmark cases related to

shareholder conflicts, corporate governance and contentious M&A, particularly in heavily regulated industries. His expertise in contract law, obligations, real rights and regulatory compliance enables him to develop strategies that combine litigation and transactional approaches. Vladislav has successfully represented clients across all levels of Moldovan courts, offering solutions that safeguard both immediate interests and long-term business objectives.

Ina Jimbei is a managing associate at ERA and head of the competition department, with deep expertise in competition, administrative and procedural law. She has a PhD from, and lectures at, the Law Faculty of the

Moldova State University. Ina advises on complex investigations, regulatory compliance and high- stakes litigation, drawing on over a decade of academic experience as a lecturer in civil procedure and author of multiple leading texts in the field. She has contributed to major justice sector reforms, including the amendment of the Administrative Code and national capacity-building projects with the Council of Europe, EBRD and NCSC.
