With over 25 years of experience, Emeline successfully handles both contentious and non-contentious matters pertaining to all aspects of business, corporate and commercial law. She assists a wide range of clients (high and ultra-high net worth individuals, as well as international and Monegasque companies) with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and the overall implementation of legal strategies. She also handles matters relating to anti-money laundering regulations.
