Kate Muirhead is a litigation specialist, experienced in a wide range of commercial and public law disputes. She has acted in class actions brought on behalf of victims of New Zealand’s biggest Ponzi scheme, and on behalf of investors in insurer CBL and in Intueri Education Group Limited. Kate routinely acts for regulators, including in claims involving civil pecuniary penalties. She is an experienced Crown prosecutor.
