Parker drafts and negotiates leases, servitude agreements, options, and loan and secu - rity documents, and counsels clients on title, survey, land use and zoning matters. He earned his juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Tulane Law School, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. At Tulane, he was managing editor of the Tulane Law Review.
