LMA-fluent, she is adept at multi-jurisdictional security and intercreditor arrangements. Known for crisp execution and board-level stakeholder management, Daphne bridges English and Greek law workstreams and delivers commercially clear, bankable solutions on international deals spanning the UK, EU, Middle East and Asia.

Ioannis Charalampopoulos is a partner and head of the corporate practice of Machas & Partners. Ioannis specialises in corporate law and financial law and advises in a wide range of corporate and finance transactions, with a particular focus on complex cross-border transactions and bond loan agreements, as well as project finance transactions with a focus on the sector of renewable energy. Ioannis also has a particular interest in innovative start-ups and collective investment schemes and provides comprehensive legal advice in the structuring of venture capital funds and other alternative investment funds, including alternative finance providers.

Afroditi Kazani is an associate of the banking and finance team at Machas & Partners. She focuses on banking and finance matters, specialising in national and cross-border finance work. Her practice includes advising
