CBA Studio legale e tributario (CBA) is an independ- ent Italian law firm with more than 120 profession- als operating across five offices. Its international focus has strengthened over the years through the expertise of its professionals and strong global rela- tionships. CBA advises its clients on the full range of finance transactions, including corporate lending, real estate financing, acquisition finance, project fi- nance, structured finance (credit transfers and secu-

ritisation), alternative financing and shipping finance. On the lender side, CBA has developed strong rela- tionships with Italian and foreign lenders, who are in- creasingly using the firm’s legal services. On the bor- rower side, the firm advises major Italian and foreign companies, with a strong focus on the shipping and energy sectors. A significant part of the firm’s work in these areas is cross-border.
