Yuki Matsuda is a banking and finance partner of Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, where he mainly focuses on banking, LBO finance and asset finance. He has extensive experience in financial practice, including
arranging major domestic and overseas finance projects at a securities firm. He received his LLB from the University of Tokyo in 2009, and his LLM from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2018. He worked at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, New York, from 2018 to 2019. He is admitted to practice in Japan and the State of New York.
