EUR700 million bank-notes and Norwegian bond refinancing for Nor- wegian ferry owner Norled AS (a private infrastruc- ture portfolio company owned by CBRE Investment Management), the very first combination of common terms English law facilities and a Norwegian bond to be completed. Markus Nilssen is a partner at BAHR with a special focus on structured finance transactions and financial regulations. He has broad experience with different types of DCM transactions, including corporate bonds, covered bonds, securitisation, leasing, trade finance and guarantees, as well as derivatives (ISDA), repos and securities finance (ICMA/ISLA) transactions. He also advises clients on all matters relating to financial regulations, including regulatory M&A, fintech and ESG-related matters.

Ida Marie Windrup is a partner at BAHR and heads up its financing and debt capital markets team. Ida advises leading Norwegian and international banks, investment banks and private credit providers on debt
financing transactions, with a focus on complex and secured asset, project and acquisition financing transactions. Ida works across a variety of sectors and industries, including infrastructure and technology, as well as ocean-related industries. She is dual qualified as a Norwegian advokat (lawyer) and an English solicitor. Ida also leads the firm’s work within international relations.
Daniel Jovanovic is a partner who has worked in BAHR’s banking and finance group since 2015. He specialises in assisting sponsors/ borrowers/issuers in connection with large multi-jurisdictional financing
Magnus Tønseth heads BAHR’s restructuring group and advises creditors and debtors on restructuring and debt financing, including bank and bond financing. Magnus has been responsible for leading BAHR’s
projects (both bank financings and bond issuances), restructurings and enforcement scenarios across different industries and sectors, including aviation, E&P, infrastructure, investment, oil services, shipping, offshore activities, real estate and salmon farming. Daniel has played key roles in some of the most complex financing and restructuring matters in the Norwegian market in recent years.
