His practice at Panucci, Severo e Nebias Advogados focuses on banking regulation, the Brazilian Payments System (SPB), instant payments, fintech, crypto-assets, blockchain/ distributed ledger technology and AML. Guilherme has represented clients in administrative proceedings before the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB), the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the Council for Financial Activities Control (COAF), and the National Financial System Appeals Council (CRSFN). He holds a postgraduate degree in administrative law from the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP) and an LEC/FGV compliance certificate.

Tiago Severo is a founding partner of Panucci, Severo e Nebias Advogados and has more than 15 years of experience in Brazil’s National Financial System regulation, compliance and risk management for

regulated institutions, and fintech/DeFi, as well as complex litigation involving banking regulation. He has represented clients in administrative enforcement proceedings before the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB), the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the Council for Financial Activities Control (COAF) and the National Financial System Appeals Council (CRSFN). In the Web3 space, Tiago provides end-to-end solutions for disruptive DeFi businesses in the areas of payment services, instant payments, microfinance, crypto, blockchain, and distributed ledger technology.
