Björn Wendleby is a partner at Harvest Advokatbyrå AB and one of its founders. He specialises in widely defined banking and finance matters, mainly within financial legislation, financing projects, sustainable
finance, sustainability regulation, anti-money laundering and asset management. Björn has significant regulatory experience representing clients in contact with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen, SFSA). In his daily work, he advises on a variety of matters relating to authorisations with the SFSA and on various implementation projects. Over the years, he has participated in several long-term projects implementing new legislation, such as MiFID/MiFID II, PSD/PSD2, AIFMD and AMLD IV.
