Arsalan Tariq is a partner and head of banking and finance at BSA LAW, based between the DIFC and Muscat and Riyadh offices. He advises on Islamic and conventional finance, project and acquisition finance,

Ahmed Kamran is an associate in the banking and finance practice at BSA LAW in Dubai. He advises financial institutions, investment firms, and corporate borrowers on a broad range of cross-border transactions,

financial restructuring, and cross-border transactions. His experience includes acting for banks, financial institutions, investment companies and corporates across a range of sectors. He is a barrister-at-law, called to the Bar of England and Wales (Lincoln’s Inn), and holds an LLB from the University of London and a Bar Vocational Course from City University, London.

Nil Acar is an associate at BSA LAW. She advises on banking and finance matters, with a focus on conventional and Islamic finance and debt capital markets. Her experience includes acting for UAE corporates and

financial institutions on secured and unsecured financings and sukuk issuances. She is admitted to practise in New York and is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales. She holds an LLM from New York University, where she was awarded a Dean’s Scholarship.
