Guilherme Teles is a lawyer with experience of advising participants in Brazil’s National Financial System, including banks, payment institutions, and virtual asset service providers. His practice at Panucci, Severo e Nebias Advogados focuses on banking regulation, the Brazilian Payments System (SPB), instant payments, fintech, crypto-assets, blockchain/ distributed ledger technology and AML.
