Benjamin Woolf is a partner in the corporate department and leads the structured finance practice at Appleby in the Cayman Islands. He has significant experience representing issuers and investors on structured
transactions, including PE and fund finance, joint ventures, M&A, leveraged buyouts, initial and secondary public offerings, and private placements of equity and debt securities. Simon also represents clients on large PE and capital market transactions. For over a decade, Simon has done pro bono work for the Cayman Islands community and has been given the Lee Friedman Award for his unselfish dedication and time given to the Family Resource Centre, Legal Befrienders Service.
