Based on his understanding of various technologies, Mr Kim’s practice includes addressing issues that may arise in the area where existing industries meet new technology. Mr Kim has been involved in numerous government and private organisations and participated in lectures and panel discussions on the subjects of digital health, mobility, AI, and privacy, among others.

Kyungsun Kyle Choi is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang and a member of the firm’s life
sciences and digital health and medical device team as well as the M&A, corporate investigations and white-collar practice groups. Ms Choi represents a broad range of companies in the life sciences and digital health, medical device, food and cosmetic sectors, specialising in regulation, pricing and reimbursement, compliance, bribery and competition law issues relating to promotional and marketing practices in the industry as well as their anti-counterfeiting strategies, M&A, and restructuring of business operations. She also heads the firm’s Singapore office as of 2025, where many of the APAC general counsels are headquartered.
