business in and from Ireland on all aspects of corporate tax. His main focus is on cross- border reorganisations, inward investment projects and cross-border tax transactions, as well as transfer pricing matters and tax disputes. He is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, the Irish Tax Institute and the International Bar Association.
