Ashvan Luckraz is a partner at Venture Law whose practice covers civil/commercial litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on insolvency, contractual matters, shareholder
disputes and urgent interim relief. He is experienced in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, particularly finance, M&A and investment funds. He advises a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions, corporate service providers, international and local businesses, and high net worth individuals. Ashvan, who earned an LLM degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2005, has experience as a legal counsel at an international wealth management group, as an associate at a major US law firm in London and as an English barrister.
