Audrey Demourgues is an associate who joined Bredin Prat’s employment law team in 2021. She advises French and international companies in managing all aspects of their employment relationships on both an

Her practice includes the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border transactions. She also counsels companies on issues concerning senior executive appointments and departures, CEO and other executive compensation packages, and employee profit-sharing schemes.
