Sofia Chrysakopoulou is an associate of the employment practice at Machas & Partners. She specialises in labour law, with experience in representing employment cases before Greek courts. Her expertise
represented notable corporate and private clients before Greek courts and arbitral tribunals in high- profile civil, commercial and tort law disputes, complex family law disputes (including asset separation and child custody), employment disputes and enforcement proceedings, with particular focus on major commercial leases. She has developed deep expertise over the years, advising clients on business restructurings, with a focus on collective agreements, internal labour regulations and employment contract renegotiations.
