Pari Gasimli is legal manager at Caspian Legal Center. She has more than eight years’ experience at CLC, gaining practical experience in corporate set-up, labour regulation, employment disputes, and various

ranking agencies, including Chambers & Partners, and as an expert tax practitioner. Farid actively contributes to legal and economic reforms in Azerbaijan by participating in various expert groups initiated by the government. He has been teaching law at a number of local universities since 2012. Currently, Farid is teaching tax law and international tax law courses at Baku State University and business law at Khazar University. areas such as contract law, company law, corporate law and labour law. She completed her studies at Baku State University faculty of law in the English sector and joined the Caspian Legal Center in 2022. Sona obtained her LLM from Oxford University (UK) in 2025. She has sharp analytical skills, with a mindset of “going the extra mile”. Sona Abdullayeva is senior associate at Caspian Legal Center, active in

corporate issues, including bankruptcy and liquidation of legal entities in Azerbaijan. Clients highlight Pari’s strong communication skills and empathy. She has been a member of the Azerbaijani Bar Association since 2021. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Law from Baku State University in 2017 and LL.M Degree from University of Cambridge (UK) in 2025.
