Paul Gonzi is a partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates, where he heads the firm’s employment law and data protection law departments. Paul has practised in these areas for over 15 years as a legal adviser and litigator

Mattea Pullicino is a senior associate in Fenech & Fenech’s employment law department. She qualified as a lawyer with a Master’s degree in

advocacy in 2018 and was admitted to the Maltese Bar in January 2019. Her areas of focus include employment advisory and litigation as well as data protection and privacy matters. Mattea is also a member of the Chamber of Advocates and the Malta Employment Lawyers Association.

since obtaining his Master’s degree in law at Queen Mary University of London in 2007. Paul contributes to several international publications, lectures in various practice areas and sits as an examiner within the faculty of law at the University of Malta. He is a board member of the Malta Employment Lawyers Association and is a member of the Maltese Bar Association.

Rebecca Diacono is a partner in the tax and immigration law department of Fenech & Fenech. She joined the firm in 2013 and largely advises international clientele in group restructuring, domestic and

international taxation, cross-border structures and international tax planning. Rebecca also advises high net worth individuals on personal tax and financial issues. She regularly advises on immigration matters, focusing on the relocation of expatriates to Malta, and assisting clients in obtaining work permits for employees in Malta.
