Camelia Meirosu is a senior associate (effective June 2025) in the employment team of Eversheds Sutherland Romania’s Bucharest office, specialising in labour law. Camelia has been a key member of
advised international and local clients on day-to-day employment matters, such as contract negotiation, performance management and disciplinary conduct management. She also provides guidance to international clients on implementing company-wide reorganisation procedures, and advises clients on C-Suite exits as well as on navigating bargaining negotiation and unionisation initiatives. Oana’s recent experience includes advising clients on aligning global DE&I policies and practices with the completely overhauled Romanian anti-harassment legislation.
