Chengkai holds dual qualifications to practice law in New York and Taiwan, bringing a robust international perspective to his legal counsel. He earned his LLM from Columbia Law School and holds degrees in law and economics from National Taiwan University. Yachi has handled trade mark disputes for multinational corporations and conducted due diligence for M&A involving semiconductor and logistics companies. Tzutien has advised multinational corporations on various legal matters including foreign investments, equity structures, IP rights and labour disputes across multiple industries.
