Carrie A. McAtee represents corporate employers across various industries in class action and other complex employment litigation matters nationwide. She has broad experience defending wage-and-hour

trials. Ashley’s work primarily includes defending companies in litigation involving business contracts, business torts, consumer credit disputes and a variety of employment-related issues, including non-compete agreements, harassment and discrimination claims, and high-stakes wage-and- hour matters. Ashley’s practice also includes defending complex class action and collective action claims. She has extensive experience handling both commercial and employment arbitrations, including trying an arbitration to final award before the American Arbitration Association. Ashley regularly works with clients in the insurance, construction, and retail industries, among others.
