Wintertons has a labour and employment law team representing clients in a full array of employment-re - lated matters, including ADR, litigation in the Labour and Supreme Courts, drafting and reviewing employ - ment contracts, handbooks, policies, and employ - ment codes of conduct. The team provides guidance
and representation in disciplinary and grievance pro - cedures, collective bargaining negotiations on behalf of employers with unions and employee representa - tives, retrenchments, wrongful terminations and dis - missals, and training management on how to identify and avoid disputes.

Tatenda Nyamayaro is a member of the labour and employment department at Wintertons, having joined the team in September 2019. He has represented the firm’s clients in various courts and tribunals.
country’s biggest employers in this regard in proceedings before arbitrators and in the Labour and Supreme Courts. Ruvimbo is a resource person for the Employers’ Confederation of Zimbabwe and has made several presentations to their members on topical labour issues. She offers training to employers on matters such as the roles and duties of workers’ committees and works councils, and the conduct of disciplinary proceedings. Ruvimbo has also written several papers and guides on various topics relating to employment law.
Tatenda recently obtained a Master’s degree in commercial law from the University of Zimbabwe.
