George Middleton is a partner at Chryssafinis & Polyviou LLC and obtained his LLB from the University of Manchester and his LLM from King’s College London, before being admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2009.
Christoforos Iosif has been an advocate at Chryssafinis & Polyviou LLC since being called to the Cyprus Bar in 2018. He obtained his LLB from the University of Bristol and his MSc from the London School of
George has amassed extensive experience in all matters pertaining to complex, cross-border corporate disputes. He has been involved in various shareholders’ disputes, oppression of minority shareholders’ claims, insolvency matters, tracing actions, fraud and conspiracy claims, and trust- related litigation.
Economics. Christoforos, being an active and dynamic litigator, has litigated cases in a wide array of areas of law, including derivative claims, professional and medical negligence, the statutory of public authorities winding-up petitions, tort and banking litigation. Christoforos frequently contributes articles to both Cypriot and British publications on law, politics and current affairs.
Chrystalla Hadjigeorgiou has been an advocate at Chryssafinis & Polyviou LLC since 2020. She obtained her LLB from the University of Cyprus and her LLM in International Business Law from the
London School of Economics. Chrystalla has represented clients in courts in a wide range of cases, including banking litigation, tort and contract disputes. She is frequently involved in advising international and domestic clients on commercial litigation and arbitration-related proceedings.
