Florence Frühling is an associate in Freshfields’ dispute resolution group in Brussels. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, international arbitration and white-collar investigations. Florence obtained a
international corporates, private equity firms and financial institutions on complex, high-stakes matters, including cross-border and domestic disputes, white-collar crime, and regulatory investigations. Her practice spans judicial proceedings before Belgian courts as well as national and international arbitrations, including under the rules of the ICC and CEPANI, Belgium’s Centre for Arbitration and Mediation.
Master of Laws from the University of Brussels and an LLM in IP law from Queen Mary University of London. She is a member of the Brussels Bar, the CEPANI 40 and the Women’s White Collar Defence Association.
Niels Depaepe is an associate in Freshfields’ dispute resolution group, based in Brussels. His practice focuses on commercial and corporate litigation, national and international arbitration and civil procedural law.
Niels obtained a Master of Laws from the University of Ghent and is a member of the Brussels Bar. He is also active as an affiliated researcher at the Institute for Procedure at the University of Ghent.
