Danae Papadatou is a partner of Zepos & Yannopoulos’ litigation and arbitration practice, with extensive experience in complex court litigation and arbitration. She handles disputes addressing a wide range of civil,
commercial and corporate disputes, both domestic and international. Dimitris is an expert in appellate proceedings, Supreme Court litigation, and arbitration, having published extensively in those fields. His practice encompasses disputes in all key industry sectors – namely, construction and infrastructure, energy, and financial services. Dimitris is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court and is an associate professor of civil procedure and arbitration law at Democritus University of Thrace Law School.
commercial and corporate law matters (both domestic and cross-border), including contractual breaches, specialised commercial agreement disputes (with particular focus on distribution, agency, franchise and energy), corporate conflicts concerning shareholders’ disputes and directors’ liability, IP rights protection, and tort litigation involving – among other things – unfair competition, white-collar crime and product liability claims. Emmanouil Mavrantonakis is a member of Zepos & Yannopoulos’ litigation and arbitration practice, where he specialises in international commercial arbitration and litigation of civil and commercial disputes.
Emmanouil is admitted before the court of appeal and has extensive experience representing clients before arbitral tribunals and state courts in complex cases involving contract law, corporate law, energy law, and tort. Alongside his legal practice, since 2022 Emmanouil has been repeatedly appointed to teach civil procedure and arbitration law at both undergraduate and postgraduate level at Democritus University of Thrace’s Faculty of Law.
