Dimitris Babiniotis heads Zepos & Yannopoulos’ litigation and arbitration practice, where he acts as lead counsel representing clients across the industry in complex court litigation covering the whole range of civil,
commercial and corporate disputes, both domestic and international. Dimitris is an expert in appellate proceedings, Supreme Court litigation, and arbitration, having published extensively in those fields. His practice encompasses disputes in all key industry sectors – namely, construction and infrastructure, energy, and financial services. Dimitris is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court and is an associate professor of civil procedure and arbitration at Democritus University of Thrace Law School.
