more than 28 years of experience, Yossi’s work is concentrated in the field of complex litigation where he has experience in a variety of areas, including class action proceedings, corporate and securities litigation, commercial litigation and white-collar proceedings. Yossi has represented multinationals in Israeli commercial and civil disputes and in class actions in various fields, many of which are litigated in Israel parallel to similar claims in other jurisdictions. Yossi has argued various cases before the Supreme Court of Israel, including precedential cases pertaining to the private international law rules applicable to multinational defendants in class actions.

Roy Schondorf is the head of international dispute resolution at Herzog Fox & Neeman. He previously served as Israel’s Deputy Attorney General (International Law). In this capacity, Roy was responsible for all
public and private international law issues across the government. He led the representation of the state of Israel in sensitive international commercial arbitration proceedings, advised governmental bodies on arbitration demands made by commercial institutions, and prepared the state’s legal positions in domestic litigation on a wide range of issues, including the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
