Lucia has been involved in several high- profile international arbitrations under ICC, ICSID and UNCITRAL rules, including disputes in the energy sector involving states and state-owned entities. In addition to her work as counsel, Lucia often acts as secretary or assistant to arbitral tribunals both in commercial and investment arbitrations. She also regularly represents Italian and international clients before Italian courts, advising them on the interpretation and application of Italian law, with a focus on private international law issues.

Gregorio has been involved as counsel, secretary and assistant to the arbitral tribunal in several high-stakes arbitrations under different rules (ICC, ICSID, Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM), Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL), including in connection with post-M&A disputes, IP law and contracts in the energy, construction and pharmaceutical industries. He regularly advises Italian and international clients on commercial, corporate insolvency and EU law matters and represents them in proceedings pending before Italian courts.
