Takefumi Sato is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, specialising primarily in commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation and other dispute resolution proceedings for domestic and international clients

Aoi Inoue is a partner and the head of the international arbitration practice at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, specialising in international arbitration and litigation. He has acted as counsel in a number of international

His experience covers a broad range of disputes, including securities litigation, M&A and joint-venture-related disputes, franchise business lawsuits, disputes over control of a company, and defective product lawsuits. He also has broad experience in labour and employment, including negotiation with protesting employees, handling lawsuits, preliminary injunctions and labour tribunals, as well as advising on collective bargaining. Takefumi is also currently serving as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Tokyo’s Graduate Schools for Law and Politics.

Kosuke Tsunashima is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, with expertise in dispute resolution. He represents domestic and international clients across diverse industries in litigation, mediation, arbitration, and

Ryohei Ikeda is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, with significant experience in litigation and dispute resolution, covering a variety of subject matters, including post-M&A disputes, financial and securities

other forms of dispute resolution. His practice encompasses a wide range of commercial disputes, including those arising from M&A, finance transactions, real estate, product liability and IP. He also has extensive experience leading complex mass litigation, including securities litigation and other large-scale disputes. Since January 2024, he has been serving as Officer, Regional Representative Asia-Pacific at the International Bar Association Litigation Committee.
