Yuko Kanamaru is a partner at Gaien Partners. Admitted to practise in Japan and New York, Yuko deals with a wide range of domestic and international disputes, especially in commercial, transactional and labour-
related matters. Her expertise includes advising international clients in a wide range of corporate matters involving the Companies Act and the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, data protection, and labour and employment. She is fluent in both Japanese and English. She has also been retained as an external executive by several Japanese listed companies in a variety of sectors, including real estate and AI.
