Gaien Partners is a Japanese law firm established in April 2020. The firm assists its clients with busi - ness-oriented solutions, drawing on many years of accumulated expertise and knowledge across a va - riety of practice areas in this rapidly changing busi - ness and legal environment. All the members of the team have a broad and deep interest in the industries and businesses to which their clients belong and are aware of the importance of having cross-disciplinary

knowledge and experience across a wide range of areas, not just in a particular area of legal expertise. Each partner has handled a large number of dispute resolution cases in the past. This naturally gives them an advantage when taking on contentious cases, but also in transactional cases, providing routine legal advice and in contract-drafting, where they can ef - fectively avoid future disputes and provide “winning” advice should disputes arise.
