Christian has wide experience, including litigating before district courts, courts of appeal and the Supreme Court; he has litigated approximately 30 appeals before the Supreme Court as legal counsel or as legal assistant. He has been an agent for the ECHR and has litigated before the Grand Chamber in the ECHR in a case against Norway, which Norway won.

Øystein Nore Nyhus of Simonsen Vogt Wiig is a dispute resolution specialist with expertise in real estate and mining litigation. His practice spans a wide range of issues, including ownership of minerals,
ground pollution, property disputes, expropriation, and land regulation. He has extensive experience from Norwegian courts, including the Supreme Court of Norway. Øystein has served as acting judge in the court of appeal.
