Lydie Van Muylem is a partner at Janson, where she started her career 15 years ago. She has developed strong expertise in the field of commercial litigation, where she represents clients from various
creditors and companies in corporate disputes and insolvency matters. Jens is one of the few lawyers in Belgium with experience in litigation finance, gained during his tenure as in-house counsel with a litigation funder. In this role, he also gained valuable experience in cross-border securities litigation, collective redress and asset recovery. His working languages include Dutch, French and English.
