He has rendered general legal opinions to clients on both corporate and commercial matters and has undertaken company incorporation procedures according to investment law regimes, handling amendments of companies’ statutory documents and procedures, preparing required documents for incorporation, and opening and dealing with matters related to branches of foreign companies.

She has extensive experience structuring fintech platforms, advising on TMT regulatory compliance and drafting technology and data protection frameworks.
