particular expertise in financial services regulation and AMF frameworks applicable to equity and tokenised securities offerings. She regularly assists growth-stage and technology-driven companies in structuring financing rounds, governance and cross-border transactions, including in fintech and digital finance projects. Marie is admitted to the Lyon Bar and is a member of AIJA, the Franco- British Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the French Association of Business Lawyers (ACE).
